Automatic DC Player Hero back to fountain

If someone Disconnect from the game, make the hero back to fountain, even he use reconnect tools like gproxy.
so if he success reconnect, he can immediatly use the hero

if im not wrong, dota 2 already have this feature.

Please add this nice feature.
